Once you sign the contract and complete the first payment, you'll receive an onboarding form. This is where I grab all the info I need from you to start managing your program.

onboarding & service

After you return the onboarding form, your affiliate program's management will commence. This is a regular agency-like service.

updates & follow-ups

Every client gets their own Asana board, to track task completion and make ad-hoc requests.
Twice a month, you'll receive a recap of your program's status, affiliate updates and other pending items.

  1. How long does onboarding take?
    It depends on how quickly we receive the onboarding form with all the info needed to start the service. Once the onboarding form is sent and accepted on our end, service starts within 48 hours.

  2. What services are included in the subscription?
    You can find a Sample Service Level Agreement here.

  3. What does "Light publisher management" include?
    - Publisher applications & grouping, in the network.
    - Brand & promotional newsletters to the publisher base (via network).
    - Responding to incoming publisher inquiries (network or email).
    - A monthly publisher suggestions & opportunity wrap-up for brands.

  4. What does it NOT include?
    - Bespoke (1:1) publisher outreach or recruitment.
    - Campaign planning & pricing negotiations.
    - Publisher campaign execution.

  5. How do I cancel the subscription?
    You can cancel anytime before the next month's payment goes through. If you cancel halfway through an already billed month, service will continue until the end of that month. To cancel your subscription, please get in touch
